He has a master’s degree in Organisational Leadership, and currently serves leaders and organizations in the non-profit, government, business, family, technology, and arts sectors.

    David has served as an educator, social activist, nurturer of social renewal movements, government/diplomatic advisor, and university administrator across the world.

    David’s expertise is grounded in trusted relational diplomatic engagement with national political leaders and heads of State across Asia Pacific, Africa, and Washington DC with a focus on sustainable economic development, reconciliation, and justice among the poor.

  • Chris Turner

    Chris has worked internationally for the past 25 years in Asia, Africa and the Middle East in non-profit, government/UN and business sectors.

    Chris' background is in Public Health with a specific focus on monitoring and evaluation. After completing his Ph.D. in Organisational Development, Chris has continued to consult broadly with a range of multilateral agencies in regional development. Chris is also fascinated with Founder transitions and the development of second generation Executive leaders’ legacies and the effect on organisational health, sustainability and impact.

    Charlene Fike is a serial entrepreneur, a synergistic networker, and a champion of creative projects large and small. She has launched multiple businesses over the past four decades, and currently focuses on supporting women around the world to do the same.
